Valley Forge deer in the cross-hairs: West Chester group sues NPS

This winter season, the National Park Service at Valley Forge plans to lure deer into open fields at nighttime with apples and grain. The deer will then be shot with silenced rifles. Two animal rights groups, one of them based in West Chester, are taking the NPS to court.
