Three businesses in Trappe recently saw their grease barrels overturned. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating. Between Sept. 3 and Sept. 4, an unknown person flipped over containers of kitchen grease behind Bravo Pizza, Jasmine's Asian House, and Ace's Steaks & Hoagies along W. Main Street, police say.

In Salford, an unknown person killed a goat and two chickens during the overnight hours of April 24, police say. The incident occurred on the 100 block of Ridge Road. The method used to kill the animals was not released.
