Epps Beverage negotiates lower fee

At Tuesday's meeting of Trappe Borough Council, the builder of 31 residential units at Main Street and First Avenue requested that a future traffic light at that intersection be the responsibility of a future, unknown developer and not D'Arcangelo Builders Inc.
